Get excited for the next Ermanos collabrewation. This month we teamed up with Allan Conger of 1912 Brewing Co and Dara McMains of Colour Fields Fermentations. Inspired by the refreshing traditional Mexican fermentation called "tepache", our Thai-pache Gose is a variation on the classic. It is first kettle soured, then infused with 3 pounds of fresh Thai basil, toasted corriander seeds, Oregon sea salt, and finally sweetened with a touch of piloncillo, and generous helpings of passion fruit and pineapple puree.
The release will be at Borderlands during the 2016 Craft Beer Crawl.
